The Bullitt combines the classic vintage look with a modern look and transcends many categories of motorcycles. The constriction of a typical full-face helmet is eliminated by the large eye cut-out, although as a full-face helmet it offers the comprehensive face protection of such a helmet. Steel mesh openings on the forehead, as would have been found on the “snapshots” of such helmets from the 1970s, are actually functional air intakes that guide cool air over the rider's head and out the narrow rear vent. The low-profile carbon composite shell and genuine leather liner, combined with the seemingly endless visor options, complete this helmet as a wearable, protective work of art: a true Bell original helmet, a modern classic.
